If a client believes the assigned BARR ISO project team has not provided a suitable resolution, the client may appeal certification and/or suspension decisions made by BARR Certifications. Upon receipt of an appeal, the project team will be notified and BARR Certifications will review the facts and provide an opinion in the matter. The reviewing BARR ISO team will consist of personnel who were not part of the originally assigned BARR ISO project team.
